The project explores how products can be developed and manufactured more sustainably, and above all, how sustainability can be assessed. Integration into data ecosystems plays a key role in this process.

• Project goals:

• Develop methods and tools for model-based, predictive and flexible decision support in product development.

• Utilize trustworthy data ecosystems for the secure and efficient provision of sustainability-relevant information.

• Implementation of the project results in a demonstrator:

• Initial: Implement a demonstrator for Product Carbon Footprint to gain experience with data ecosystems.

• Possible for companies that then act as associated partners and test the project results.
