Materials Forum of the Future

The Materials Forum of the Future is a neutral intermediary comprised of five partners that supports companies in implementing their circular economy projects. Its goal is to promote sustainable material solutions and reduce dependence on fossil resources. The focus is on technical products.

Description

  • Offers companies along the entire value chain in the plastics industry a comprehensive value proposition in the areas of sustainable material use and circular economy of engineering plastics.

  • The offer for companies in North Rhine-Westphalia:

  • Conducting free workshops for potential and needs analysis

  • Development of a catalog of measures with proposed solutions and recommendations for action.

  • Support for selected pilot projects, which include, for example, the analysis and further development of identified material flows

  • Knowledge transfer through various event formats



The Materials Forum of the Future is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) and the Ministry for Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Protection and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (5-Locations Program).
