Problem

Professionalization of process management

Strong growth in recent years has an impact on business processes

Diamant Software wants to accompany growth with process management

Systematically identify and realize potentials

Diamant Software also uses Diamant/4 for its own accounting

Ideal starting point: data from Diamant/4 can be analyzed and evaluated with process mining

The expertise gained can be used not only for process management, but also for the product or consulting

Objective and Approach

Development of holistic process management

The project aims to lay the foundation for a digital process management system that uses process mining by...

  • laying the foundations for process management

  • Usingprocess mining for evidence-based analysis

  • Developing the implications and next steps for process and product management

Results and Values

Let's Go!

The foundation was successfully laid together:

  • Identification and definition of the end-to-end process landscape (process architecture)

  • Establishing and coordinating the process owners and BPM roles (governance)

  • Transfer of the process models to Sharepoint (documentation)

In addition, the processes in Diamant/4 were analyzed using process mining. This made it possible to determine process transparency, for example with regard to the amount of rework.
