Successful appearance at the Systems Engineering Day 2025 in Salzburg
Strong presence at the Systems Engineering Day 2025 in Salzburg
The Engineering Automation Competence Center demonstrated extensive involvement at this year's "Systems Engineering Day" in Salzburg. In addition to its own exhibition booth, the center's experts participated in tutorials and gave presentations. The presentations focused on topics such as a capability-based target vision for digital engineering, GenAI-supported competency assessment in systems engineering, and the use of large language models in model-based systems engineering.
Practical exchange and interactive formats
A key element of the conference was the intensive exchange of knowledge and experience. In interactive tutorial sessions, Ulf Könemann provided practical insights into the design of company-specific training programs in systems engineering, as well as AI-supported methods using SysML 2.0. In addition, Fabian Wyrwich led the "Systems Engineering Best Practice Circle (SE-BPC)," which fostered dialogue and networking among experienced professionals.
Effectively linking research and practice
The congress, organized by the Society for Systems Engineering eV under the theme "Future with Systems", offered a valuable platform to showcase the research and transfer activities of the Engineering Automation Performance Center and to receive new impulses from industry and science.
With its multifaceted presence in Salzburg, the Center of Excellence reaffirms its commitment to translating scientific findings into practical applications and providing sustainable support to companies in the engineering sector. The insights and contacts gained will now inform future collaborations and knowledge transfer projects.
